01Data controller

The controller of your personal data is WE GROUP sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Marszałkowska 83/57, 00-683 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register under KRS number 0000664185, VAT ID (NIP) 7010667258, REGON 366580330 (the „Controller”).

Under the WE EVENT brand the Controller runs the venue at Widok Towers, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warsaw (Śródmieście), 27th floor — this is the venue that enquiries sent through this website concern.

On matters concerning personal data you can reach us by e-mail at [email protected], by telephone on +48 22 243 04 10 or on WhatsApp +48 730 001 062. We have not appointed a data protection officer — every request goes to the e-mail address above.

02What data we collect and why

Enquiry and quote form (Contact Form 7)

When you send an enquiry through the form on the home page or on the pricing page, we process the data you provide: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the planned date of the event, the number of guests and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a hire offer and carry on the correspondence about it. The legal bases are steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form is handled by the Contact Form 7 plugin installed on our website; your enquiry arrives in our mailbox and you receive an automatic confirmation at the e-mail address you gave.

Consent given with the form

Before sending the form you confirm your consent to your data being processed in order to answer the enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp

If you contact us directly, we process the data you give us in order to deal with your matter (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). With WhatsApp, the transmission of the message itself takes place in the infrastructure of that application’s provider, on the terms set out in its own privacy policy.

Technical data

While you browse the site, the server and intermediary services (hosting, Cloudflare) automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited — in order to keep the site secure and working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics (Google Analytics via Google Site Kit)

With your consent, given through the Usercentrics privacy settings banner, we use Google Analytics connected through the Google Site Kit plugin, to learn how visitors use the site (for example which pages they look at and where they came from). The data is collected in aggregate form and is not used by us to identify individuals. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by returning to the privacy settings available on the site. Until consent is given, the statistics scripts do not run.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we will not be able to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote.

03How long we keep data

We keep data from enquiries for as long as the correspondence continues, and then for the period needed to establish or defend any claims — no longer than 3 years from the last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep data connected with its performance and settlement for the periods required by law (in particular tax law — 5 years from the end of the tax year). Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn, and technical data from server logs for the period set by our hosting provider’s policy, usually no longer than 12 months.

04Who we share data with

Your data may be entrusted to the parties that run our website and communications: hosting and e-mail providers, IT and site-maintenance providers and — as regards technical data — Cloudflare, which handles traffic to the site and protects it from attacks. If you consent to statistics, data about your visit also goes to Google as the provider of Google Analytics. All of these parties process data under data-processing agreements and solely on our behalf, or on the terms described in their own policies. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

05Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy of it, have it rectified or erased, have its processing restricted, have it ported, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] — we reply within one month of receiving the request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

06Cookies

The site uses two kinds of cookies: necessary ones, which keep the site working properly (among them Cloudflare security cookies and the record of your choice in the Usercentrics consent banner), and — only once you have given consent — statistical ones (Google Analytics via Google Site Kit). On your first visit we show a privacy settings banner where you decide about statistical cookies; you can change your choice at any time by returning to the privacy settings on the site. We run no comments and no user accounts, and we use no advertising cookies and no profiling. You can also manage cookies directly in your browser settings — bear in mind, though, that blocking necessary cookies may make the site harder to use.

07Content embedded from other websites

The site embeds external material, which loads only after you interact with it or when the section in question is displayed:

  • YouTube — played in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); until you click the thumbnail you see only a static image, and the film and the Google mechanisms that go with it start only after that click. Terms: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Maps — the contact section contains an embedded Google map showing the way to Widok Towers at Aleje Jerozolimskie 44; Google’s privacy terms apply to the map.
  • Google Fonts — the Jost and Manrope typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers; in doing so your browser passes on standard technical data (IP address).
  • Cloudflare — traffic to the site passes through the Cloudflare network, which writes technical security cookies and basic connection data.

The providers of these services may collect data about your interaction with the embedded material in line with their own privacy policies.

08Transfers outside the EEA

Because we use Google services (Analytics via Site Kit, YouTube, Maps, Fonts) and Cloudflare, some technical data may be transferred to third countries, including the United States. These providers declare that they apply mechanisms legalising the transfer — in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and participation in the Data Privacy Framework.

09Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when the scope of our services, our analytics tools or the law changes. The current version is always available at szkoleniowe-konferencyjne.pl/en/privacy-policy/. The Polish version is at /polityka-prywatnosci/.

A technical note: this page is deliberately excluded from search engine indexing (noindex tag) and does not appear in the sitemap. It remains fully available at its permanent address and is linked from the footer of every page on the site.
