Corporate training venue in central Warsaw
One open space of 430 m² on the 27th floor of Widok Towers, one minute on foot from Centrum metro station and two from Warsaw Central. It holds a training day for a hundred participants — but it has no separate rooms for parallel sessions. Below we say when that makes it the right room and when it does not.
When one big room beats several small ones
It works for
- Training with one trainer for 40–120 participants
- A workshop at tables, with groups working side by side in one room
- A full training day with coffee breaks and lunch served on the floor
- Onboarding, a kick-off or a department meeting with a presentation
- Training with participants travelling in — two minutes from Warsaw Central station
It does not work for
- Parallel sessions that need separate, closed rooms
- Training where groups must not hear one another
- An event people drive to — there is no guest parking in the building
- A small meeting for eight — the space is too big and the quote out of proportion

Changing the layout during the day is possible and fits inside the block you have booked.
Four-hour and eight-hour blocks

The projector, microphone and sound system only work with the technical crew. For training that means: if the trainer needs a microphone and a screen, the option you want is the one with the crew. A hostess at the turnstiles is PLN 1,200 net for eight hours, catering from PLN 136 net per person. VAT of 23% is added to every figure.
The floor set for training
Two minutes from Warsaw Central station
For training with participants travelling in from other cities, the address does half the work. Widok Towers stands above the Rotunda at Rondo Dmowskiego, where Aleje Jerozolimskie meets Marszałkowska: Centrum metro station is one minute on foot, Warsaw Central railway station two. Nobody needs a car, which is just as well — there is no guest parking in the building.

What training organisers ask
How many people fit in a training session?
Theatre style up to 120 people — that is how many chairs we have. Fifteen large tables for six to eight people make a workshop layout for roughly a hundred participants. Twenty-one low three-person tables give 63 seats in a conversation layout.
Are there separate rooms for group work?
No. It is one open 430 m² space with no movable partitions and no smaller rooms. Workshop groups work at tables in the same room. If your programme needs separate rooms for parallel sessions, this space is not a good choice — we say that before the quote, not after the event.
Are the projector and sound system included?
Not in the price of the room itself. The LED wall, the sound system, microphones, lighting and live streaming come only with the technical crew line. Without a technician you are hiring the space and the equipment cannot be used.
How long is a training block and what does it cost?
We hire the room in four-hour and eight-hour blocks. Four hours is PLN 12,000 net for the room alone or PLN 15,500 net with the technical crew. Eight hours is PLN 15,500 net or PLN 20,000 net with the crew. A training day from nine to five fits inside the eight-hour block.
What about coffee breaks and lunch?
Catering is run by WE Catering, from PLN 136 net per person, plus PLN 450 net per waiter — one waiter per twenty-five people. You do not pay for set-up and clearing time: the team has access to the floor outside your block.
Can participants park under the building?
No — there is no guest parking in the building. For training with participants from outside Warsaw that is rarely a problem: Centrum metro station is one minute on foot and Warsaw Central station two. The nearest paid car parks are the one at the Novotel hotel and the car park under the Palace of Culture.
Do we have to book a hostess?
Yes, it is a building requirement. For the whole event someone with an access card has to stand at the turnstiles on the ground floor and let participants in and out. The cost is PLN 1,200 net for eight hours. It can be your own employee — then you pay nothing.
