One minute on foot from Centrum metro station, two from Warsaw Central. The journey is the easy part; the turnstiles in the lobby and the four windows when the goods lift runs are the two things worth settling before the day.
Aleje Jerozolimskie 44 is one of the few Warsaw addresses where nobody has to plan the journey. Below is what to tell people, and in what order.
| How | How long | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Centrum metro station | 1 minute on foot | The exit comes up at the Rotunda; cross at the lights. |
| Warsaw Central railway station | 2 minutes on foot | Guests from other cities step off the train almost at the door. |
| Trams and buses | At the entrance | Stops at Rondo Dmowskiego, lines across the whole city centre. |
| Chopin Airport | 20–30 minutes | S2 or S3 train to Warsaw Central, or a taxi. |
| Taxi or ride-hailing | Set down on ul. Widok | Aleje Jerozolimskie itself has nowhere to stop. |
| Car | — | No guest parking. Novotel or the Palace of Culture car park. |
Everything above is easy. The one step that catches organisers out is the ground-floor lobby: it has turnstiles, and nobody gets past them without an access card. That is the building's rule, not ours, and it applies for the whole length of the event.
So one person has to stand there with the guest list and let people through — our hostess at PLN 1,200 net for up to eight hours, or somebody from your own team at no charge. Whichever you choose, give that person the authority to admit someone who is not on the list. At a press conference or a client day, late confirmations are the rule.
Reception in the building is staffed around the clock, and the door opening times are set to match your event, so an evening finish is not a problem.
If you are bringing in a stand, roll-ups, decorations or exhibits, two things have to be settled before the day: where to pull up, and when the lift runs.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Access windows | before 07:00 · after 09:00 · before 15:30 · after 17:45 |
| Outside those hours | The building does not release the lift |
| Booking | We arrange it — just say so when you book the room |
| Car | 155 × 200 cm, 211 cm high |
| Door opening | 110 cm wide, 207 cm high |
| Load capacity | 1600 kg, equipment and people together |
| Delivery bay | One, for unloading only — no parking during the event |
| Outside sound or vision crews | Not accepted |
The number that decides whether something goes up is the door opening, not the car: 110 cm wide and 207 cm high. Measure your cases with their packaging on. For scale, a 65-inch screen is roughly 145 × 83 cm and goes in edge-first; a flight case of 80 × 60 × 100 cm and an AV rack of 60 × 80 × 120 cm both go in without thinking about it. Weight is rarely the constraint at 1600 kg.

WE EVENT, Widok Towers, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 27th floor, Warsaw. One minute on foot from Centrum metro station and two from Warsaw Central railway station. The ground floor has turnstiles — our host will be waiting for you by them with the guest list. There is no parking in the building; the nearest paid car parks are at the Novotel and under the Palace of Culture.
Adding those four sentences to the invitation removes most of the questions that otherwise arrive by e-mail on the morning of the event.
WE EVENT, Widok Towers, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 27th floor, 00-024 Warsaw. The building stands where Aleje Jerozolimskie meets Marszałkowska, directly above the Rotunda at Rondo Dmowskiego. The entrance is from Aleje Jerozolimskie.
The ground-floor lobby has turnstiles and nobody passes them without an access card. For the whole event one person stands there and lets your guests through: our hostess at PLN 1,200 net for up to eight hours, or somebody from your own team at no charge. Whoever it is needs the guest list, because that is the only check at the door.
Centrum, one minute on foot — the exit comes up at the Rotunda, you cross at the lights and you are at the entrance. Warsaw Central railway station is two minutes. Trams and buses stop at Rondo Dmowskiego, and the lines through that junction cover most of the city centre.
The S2 or S3 train to Warsaw Central takes about twenty minutes and then it is a two-minute walk. A taxi takes twenty to thirty minutes depending on traffic on Żwirki i Wigury. For guests flying in on the morning of the event, the train is the safer of the two.
No. There is no guest parking in the building, and this is worth putting in the invitation rather than leaving people to find out. The nearest paid car parks are the one at the Novotel and the one under the Palace of Culture, on the plac Defilad side. There is one delivery bay at the building, for unloading only — pull up, unload, drive away.
Yes, by the goods lift, booked in advance. It runs only in four windows during the day: before 07:00, after 09:00, before 15:30 and after 17:45, and outside those hours the building does not release it. The car is 155 × 200 cm and 211 cm high, the door opening is 110 cm wide and 207 cm high, and the load capacity is 1600 kg for equipment and people together. The door opening, not the car, is the number that decides whether something goes up — measure with the packaging on.
Allow five minutes: turnstiles, the lift lobby and the ride to the 27th floor. For a group of a hundred arriving at once, allow fifteen — the lifts are fast but they are shared with the office tenants. Starting registration half an hour before the programme is usually enough.
This works: “WE EVENT, Widok Towers, Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, 27th floor. One minute from Centrum metro station, two from Warsaw Central. The ground floor has turnstiles — our host will be waiting for you by them. There is no parking in the building; the nearest paid car parks are at the Novotel and under the Palace of Culture.”
The price calculator works out the cost of an event; the technical specification lists every number we have about the floor. For the space itself see the meeting room in Warsaw, the room for 100 guests or the event space.
You can see the floor before booking, by arrangement. We answer the phone seven days a week from 07:30 to 18:00; evening and weekend events are arranged individually. Polska wersja tej strony.
