Conference room for 100 people in Warsaw
One open space of 430 m² on the 27th floor of Widok Towers at Aleje Jerozolimskie 44, one minute on foot from Centrum metro station. A hundred people fit here theatre style, standing and at round tables — below we set out what each of those means in practice and what it costs.
One hundred people on the 27th floor — four ways to set the room
Capacity depends on what your guests are meant to do. The numbers below are maximums for each layout, not estimates.

For a group of a hundred the real choice is between theatre style and a standing cocktail. One hundred people will not fit at round tables — the maximum there is ninety.
Round tables are not included in the hire. They are not kept in the room; we bring them in to order. Logistics — delivery, carrying in, assembly and collection — is a flat PLN 800 net whatever the number of tables, and a WOODY ROUND table for ten costs about PLN 165 net. A full set-up for ninety guests comes to roughly PLN 2,285 net. What is on the floor and included: fifteen large tables for six to eight people and twenty-one low round tables.
Four hire options, no hidden lines
We hire the room in two blocks, four hours and eight hours, each with or without the technical crew.

What else goes into a quote for one hundred guests: a hostess at PLN 1,200 net for eight hours — a building requirement, not ours, because someone with an access card has to let your guests through the turnstiles on the ground floor; and catering from PLN 136 net per person plus PLN 450 net per waiter, one waiter per 25 guests. VAT of 23% is added to every figure.

Widok Towers stands where Aleje Jerozolimskie meets Marszałkowska, right above the Rotunda at Rondo Dmowskiego. With a group of a hundred that matters more than it sounds: nobody hunts for parking in the city centre, because Centrum metro station is one minute on foot and Warsaw Central railway station two. Guests from other cities arrive by train almost at the door.

What organisers ask about a hundred guests
How many people actually fit in the room?
It depends on the layout. Theatre style — up to 120 people, because that is how many chairs we have. Standing cocktail, no seating — up to 150. At round tables of ten — 90 seats. At the low three-person tables — 63 seats. A group of one hundred fits every one of these layouts except the low-table arrangement.
How much does a conference room for 100 people in Warsaw cost?
We hire the room in four-hour and eight-hour blocks. A four-hour block is PLN 12,000 net for the room alone or PLN 15,500 net with the technical crew. An eight-hour block is PLN 15,500 net for the room alone or PLN 20,000 net with the crew. A hostess at the turnstiles is added on top at PLN 1,200 net for eight hours.
Is the equipment included — screen, microphones, sound?
Not in the price of the room itself. The LED wall, the sound system, microphones, stage lighting and live streaming come only with the technical crew line. Without a technician you are hiring the space, and the equipment cannot be used. The choice is not between a crew and doing it yourself — it is between the room with equipment and the room alone.
Is the technical rehearsal included?
The rehearsal fits inside the technician block you have booked, four or eight hours. If you need more time than that block, every additional hour of the technician's work is PLN 150 net.
What does catering for one hundred guests look like?
WE Catering starts at PLN 136 net per person, and waiting staff cost PLN 450 net per waiter, with one waiter per 25 guests. For one hundred people that works out at PLN 13,600 net for the menu and PLN 1,800 net for four waiters. You do not pay for set-up and clearing time — WE Catering has access to the floor outside your block.
Is there parking for participants?
There is no guest parking in the building. The nearest paid car parks are the one at the Novotel hotel and the car park under the Palace of Culture on the Plac Defilad side. There is one delivery bay, for unloading only. With a group of a hundred it is worth putting this in the invitation — Centrum metro station is one minute on foot.
Can the room be divided into smaller rooms?
No. It is one open 430 m² space with no movable partitions. If you need parallel sessions in separate rooms, this is not the right room — we would rather say so before the quote than after the event.
