What this is — and what it is not

Most people searching for a meeting room in Warsaw have a room for eight or ten in mind. This is not that, and we would rather say it on the first screen than after an exchange of e-mails.

On the 27th floor of Widok Towers there is one open space of 430 m², and we hire it whole. There is no second booking beside yours, no shared lift lobby and no other company's guests walking past your door. That exclusivity is the reason the space works — and also the reason it starts to make sense at about twenty people. Below twenty, the proportion is wrong and so is the price, and we will say so rather than take the booking.

What the 27th floor at Widok Towers is suitable for, by type of event
Type of meetingHere? At what group size
Board meeting, workshop, client dayYesFrom 20 people up. Up to 120 theatre style.
Conference or presentationYesUp to 120 seated, up to 150 standing.
Product launch, press conference, galaYesUp to 150 standing, 90 at round tables.
Company dinner or evening partyYesUp to 90 at tables, up to 150 standing.
A meeting for 6, 10 or 15 peopleNo430 m² for a dozen people is the wrong proportion and an unnecessary cost. We will point you to a smaller room in the WE EVENT group instead.
Several parallel sessions in separate roomsNoThis is one open space with no movable partitions.
A wedding or a family partyNoThis is an office floor on the 27th storey, without the back-of-house a wedding venue needs.

A smaller group? The WE EVENT group has the right room elsewhere

Saying no to a meeting for twelve does not mean we have nowhere to put you. 2 to 10 people — Hala Koszyki, Central Point or Zebra Tower. 6 to 12 people — the six meeting rooms at WOLF on Marszałkowska. About 20 — Zebra Tower. Up to 35 — Warsaw Trade Tower. All of them in central Warsaw, all of them ours.

In short: somewhere in the WE EVENT group there is a room for any number of guests from two upwards. This particular floor begins at twenty, which is why we send smaller meetings to the other addresses instead of squeezing them in here.

Getting here

Aleje Jerozolimskie 44 — an address nobody has to look up twice

Widok Towers stands where Aleje Jerozolimskie meets Marszałkowska, directly above the Rotunda at Rondo Dmowskiego. Centrum metro station is one minute on foot, Warsaw Central railway station two, and Chopin Airport about twenty minutes by taxi. Guests arriving from another city step off the train almost at the door.

There is no guest parking in the building, which is worth putting in the invitation. The ground floor has turnstiles, so somebody with an access card has to let your guests through for the whole meeting — our hostess at PLN 1,200 net for up to eight hours, or a person from your own team at no charge.

Full detail is on the technical specification; for larger formats see the room for 100 guests, the training venue or the event space. For a meeting that runs partly online, see hybrid events in Warsaw and live streaming from a conference; for the practical side of arrival, getting to Widok Towers.

Questions

Questions we get about a meeting room in Warsaw

Do you have a meeting room for 8 or 10 people?

No, and we would rather say so before you ask for a quote. What we have on the 27th floor of Widok Towers is one open space of 430 m² that we hire exclusively, and it starts to make sense at about twenty people. For a smaller group the WE EVENT group has the right rooms elsewhere in central Warsaw: 2 to 10 people at Hala Koszyki, Central Point or Zebra Tower, 6 to 12 people in the six meeting rooms at WOLF on Marszałkowska, about 20 at Zebra Tower and up to 35 at Warsaw Trade Tower.

How much does a meeting room in Warsaw cost here?

We hire in two blocks. Four hours is PLN 12,000 net for the room alone or PLN 15,500 net with the technical crew and equipment. Eight hours is PLN 15,500 net or PLN 20,000 net respectively. A hostess at the turnstiles is PLN 1,200 net for up to eight hours, and it can be someone from your own team at no charge. VAT of 23% is added to every figure.

Is the whole floor ours, or do we share it?

The whole floor is yours for the length of your block. There is no second booking running beside you, no other company's guests in the lift lobby and nobody walking past the door. For a board meeting or a client day that is usually the reason people choose this floor over a hotel.

Can we bring our own projector, screen or sound system?

No. The technical equipment on the floor is permanently installed and interlinked — the LED wall, the line array sound system, the wireless microphones and the DMX lighting all run on one installation that the venue crew operates. That means you do not carry equipment in, you do not spend hours of your block on set-up, and one team answers for both picture and sound. Bring your slides on a Canva link or a USB stick instead.

How far is it from the station and the airport?

Centrum metro station is one minute on foot and Warsaw Central railway station two. From Chopin Airport it is about twenty minutes by taxi or the S2/S3 train to Warsaw Central. There is no guest parking in the building, so it is worth saying that in the invitation; the nearest paid car parks are at the Novotel and under the Palace of Culture.

Can we run the meeting partly online?

Yes. The building is on a fibre line and a live stream runs over it rather than over the guest Wi-Fi. The venue technician, included in the hire with technical crew, hands over a clean video and audio feed; the camera, the camera operator and the streaming kit are a separate, chargeable line that our own crew runs.

Is lunch available on the floor?

Yes. WE Catering works on the same floor, with menus from PLN 136 net per person and waiting staff at PLN 450 net per waiter, one per 25 guests. You are not charged for the time the catering team needs to set up and clear — they have access to the floor outside your block.

How far ahead should we book?

For a weekday meeting two to three weeks is usually comfortable. September, October and the first half of December go earlier than that, often two months ahead. If you need a live stream, tell us at least a week before the date so the technician can schedule a signal test.
