A seated wedding reception works very well here — ninety places at round tables, catering and waiting staff on site. For a meeting of up to twenty people we honestly steer you away from the 27th floor too: 430 m² for a dozen or so guests feels empty. We provide the alcohol — you may not bring your own into the venue, so there is no corkage fee at all. If the event only requires a welcome drink rather than a full bar, we serve our own alcohol and add the cost of glassware hire. With a full bar service, glassware, ice and a mobile bar are already included in the package. Each package includes five hours’ work by the bartenders, transport and set-up of the bar, and cocktail mixers; each additional hour or part thereof costs 500 zł net.

Four hours in the room alone cost 12,000 zł net, and 15,500 zł net with the equipment and a technician. Eight hours are 15,500 zł net and 20,000 zł net respectively. The hostess at the gates is 1,200 zł net per shift of up to eight hours. 23% VAT is added to every figure.
Live streaming is the only line in this table without a rate, and it will stay that way: a single static shot published to YouTube and a three-camera production with post-production editing are two different services. The venue technician who hands over the video and audio feed is already in the „with technical crew” option; the camera operator comes on top at 3,000 zł net per day, and our own crew runs the kit — equipment cannot be brought into the room. That rate covers setting up the lighting, sound and cameras, filming and handing over all files raw. A second and third camera and the edit after the event are quoted to the format.
Outside catering is quoted individually: a catering fee applies, and the time an outside crew needs to come in and clear out is added to the hire hours. The furniture is included and there is no catch — 120 chairs, fifteen large tables, twenty-one low round tables, seven poseur tables with stools and a lounge corner.

The room with the kit and a sound engineer for eight hours alone is 20,000 zł net; catering and waiting staff are added per guest, which is the part that moves the final figure most.
A camera operator’s day rate is 3,000 zł net — that covers setting up the lighting, sound and cameras, filming what you have planned and handing over all files raw, straight from the card or after an initial selection. The venue technician who feeds the video and audio to your platform is already in the option with the technical crew: 15,500 zł net for four hours and 20,000 zł net for eight. A second and third camera and the edit after the event are quoted to the format. The stream runs over the building’s fibre, not the guest Wi-Fi.
From 21,680 zł net for half a day with the kit, a hostess and catering for thirty, up to 27,540 zł net for a full day for forty. Without catering, four hours with the equipment and a hostess come to 16,700 zł net.
It shows an indicative figure based on our current rate card, and for a typical event it lands very close. We prepare the binding quote together with confirmation of the date, because that is when the things a calculator cannot foresee come up: an early get-in for the build crew, an outside caterer, or an unusual rig.
Yes. There are gates on the ground floor and someone has to stand there with an access card for the whole event — but it does not have to be our person. Nominate someone from your own team and we do not charge the 1,200 zł net; in the calculator, simply choose “hostess from your team”.
Four. WE Catering counts one waiter per 25 guests at 450 zł net each — for a hundred guests that is 1,800 zł net. We charge nothing for setting up or clearing away, because WE Catering comes onto the floor outside your block and takes no time from the event.
You can, but we quote it individually. A catering fee applies, and the time an outside crew needs to get in, lay up and clear out is added to the hire hours — with WE Catering that problem does not arise, because they have access to the floor outside your block. Please mention it in your enquiry and we will send a firm figure.
Catering, by a wide margin — 136 zł net per person across a hundred guests is a bigger line than the room itself. Then the length: the difference between four and eight hours is 3,500 zł net. Last, the technical crew: 3,500 zł up to four hours, 4,500 zł up to eight. The headcount alone does not change the room rate — only the catering and the number of waiters.
